Deactivate users without a recent sign-in
POST/v1/users/deactivate-inactive
Deactivates active users who did not sign in themselves for days days (impersonation does not count) and are at least days old. Excluded login accounts are never touched; login_accounts limits the sweep to the named users. Deactivated users lose their sessions and open set-password links and get a change-history entry. dry_run answers the list without changing anything.
