List suppliers
GET/v1/supplier
Suppliers with their locations; each location with its addresses and bank accounts. An integration that sends bank accounts owns them: the portals then show bank details read-only. A change of bank accounts sends the supplier.bank_details_changed webhook.
Keys: id, source_system + source_record_id, supplier_number + organization_code. Rights: READ_SUPPLIER to read, POST_SUPPLIER to write (and READ_DATA / POST_DATA).
Cursor paging on (updated_at, id): follow next_cursor until it is null. Exact-match filters: supplier_number, organization_code, is_active, source_system, source_record_id.
