Patch suppliers (merge, key in every record)

/v1/supplier

Suppliers with their locations; each location with its addresses and bank accounts. An integration that sends bank accounts owns them: the portals then show bank details read-only. A change of bank accounts sends the supplier.bank_details_changed webhook.

Keys: id, source_system + source_record_id, supplier_number + organization_code. Rights: READ_SUPPLIER to read, POST_SUPPLIER to write (and READ_DATA / POST_DATA).

Merge: only the fields sent change; never creates (unknown keys answer not_found). Children are merged by their keys; send "_delete": true on a child to remove it.
