Report the integration result

POST 
/v1/invoices/:token/integration-result

success=true posts the invoice (100), false marks it failed (97). A failed invoice can be rescued with success=true; a processed one only marked failed with force_override. Results for invoices that were never claimed (connector jobs) need no lease. Under a workflow the next status comes from the node the invoice lands on.
