Status of inbound-file uploads

/v1/inbound-uploads

Per file: received, queued, consumed or failed (with the error), the source document a data file became and the invoices made from it. Filter by upload_batch_id or inbound_upload_id. Partners use GET /partner/inbound-uploads (their own uploads only).
